谁和谁的关系,值得你重温?

今天去搜索了下30R,发现中文里很少有人提及,这是瑞典斯德哥尔摩大学商学院教授Evert Gummesson在他名为《Total Relationship Marketing》中提出的30种商业关系模式,那时候是在1994年。

“Evert Gummesson将关系分为五大类30种,并设想了一个虚拟的组织,这个组织依托关系而生存。从实体上来看,它可能非常小,但从关系网来看,它非常大。Evert Gummesson认为这种组织是以后发展的趋势。”(Via

其中有几点,是跟网络时代的发展趋势息息相关的,比如:
•Full-time marketers and part-time marketers,什么是part-time的,我不怎么懂,能不能联想到口碑关系中的众多传播因子?

•Relationship to the customer's customer,如果说这个概念仅仅局限在诸如Dow之类的企业,那么现今越来越多的依靠网络而产生的在线商业企业,是否面临这样的关系连结呢,比如eBay?

•Customer as "member",当你把你的消费者融入进产品的前期设计及开发,而在市场传播中更多地考虑怎么与他们互动,是否更能取得成功呢?Douban.com及Toodou.com之类的网站呢?

•Personal and social networks,个人的网络及社会网络,多人对多人的世界,这个世界是不是越来越强调个人的力量了?

•Mega marketing - the real "customer" is not always found in the marketplace,消费者显然并不总是那么容易让人挖掘,“长尾巴效应”下的一系列成功故事,往往让人们愈加视野开拓。

•The knowledge relationship,这个关系,我自己解读为一种文化的链接,当一个产品乃至品牌发展到一定程度后,它们后续的成功,必须与它们的受众,建立一种内在的连结。
